About

Marble City, Gaddani

Once upon a time, in the rugged and mysterious land of Baluchistan, hidden beneath its untamed landscapes, lay a treasure trove of precious and dimensional mineral resources, waiting to be unearthed and harnessed. This land, with its 28 diverse districts, held secrets that could transform the nation’s economy if only given the attention and development it deserved. In this land of untapped potential, mining operations thrived in only 13 of its districts, leaving the rest untouched, like gems hidden in plain sight. The challenges were aplenty, with infrastructure conditions at mining sites testing the resilience of even the boldest adventurers. But amidst these challenges, a remarkable fact shone brightly – a staggering 90% of Pakistan’s stone exports originated from Baluchistan.
The year 2004 marked a turning point in this story, as Marble City was born with a noble mission – to unveil the hidden riches of Baluchistan’s stones to the world. Over the years, this endeavor evolved into an internationally recognized project, a beacon of hope and prosperity for the region. Marble City, now known as Marble City Gaddani, stood proudly as a testament to what could be achieved with determination and vision.

Marble City Gaddani was more than just a dream; it was a testament to human ingenuity and ambition. Nestled on a sprawling 600 acres of land, Phase-I alone spanned 238 acres, offering a canvas of opportunity for those daring enough to paint their futures. Plots, ranging from 1000 to 2000 square meters, were up for grabs, their lease terms extending an impressive 99 years into the future.
As the calendar turned to the financial year 2022-23, the city revealed its price tags. For those willing to pay upfront in a lump sum, the cost stood at Rs. 1,250 per square meter. But for those who preferred to tread carefully, an installment plan beckoned, albeit at a slightly higher cost of Rs. 1,500 per square meter. The latter option required an initial payment of 50% upon application, with the rest gracefully divided over two years in eight equal quarterly installments. And let’s not forget the annual ground rent of Rs. 7 per square meter, a small price to pay for access to this treasure trove.
Marble City Gaddani was not just a place of investment; it was a bustling hub of activity. At present, 49 production units had already sprung to life within its boundaries, humming with the energy of creation. Many others were in the process of constructing and installing machinery, their dreams taking shape in the heart of Baluchistan. But it wasn’t just about production; Marble City Gaddani had more to offer.

For mine owners with grand visions, it was an opportunity to establish
warehouses within its confines. These warehouses would become treasure
chests of sorts, catering to buyers with an insatiable appetite for stones in all
shapes, sizes, colors, and types. Here, the diverse needs of customers
would be met with a rich array of options, ushering in a new era of prosperity
for Baluchistan.

And so, the tale of Marble City Gaddani continued to unfold, a story of
untapped potential, determination, and a land that held the key to
transforming a nation’s fortune. Baluchistan’s hidden treasures were no
longer hidden; they were poised to shine brightly on the world stage,
promising prosperity to all who dared to venture into this enchanted realm of
stones.
