With the birth of the Lasbela Industrial Estate Development Authority (LIEDA), the reins of this burgeoning hub of industry were passed into their capable hands. It was a changing of the guard, a shift in the tides, and a testament to the government’s unwavering commitment to progress. Nestled 120 kilometers away from the bustling SITE in Karachi, the Uthal Industrial Estate sprawls across a vast expanse of 2138 acres. Yet, despite its grandeur, it struggled to meet its lofty ambitions for industrial growth. The distance posed a challenge, but challenges are but stepping stones for the daring.
